LiveScreen is operated by LiveScreen. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record and handles refunds on our behalf.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refund requests are handled by Paddle. Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email address used at checkout, or reach out to Paddle's buyer support directly. You can also contact us and we will help route your request to Paddle.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the "Manage subscription" link on the Pricing page, which opens the Paddle customer portal. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact Paddle first — they can usually resolve issues faster than a bank chargeback. Fraudulent or clearly wrongful charges will always be refunded promptly.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country of residence.
